Marval Set to Release the World’s First Combined ITIL v3 and ISO/IEC 20000 Web-Based ITSM Software
Due for release 2nd Quarter 2008, MSM v11 is the first of Marval’s new generation of integrated IT Service Management (ITSM) software developed to meet current and future business needs.
